2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location, the weight and size of the items, and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 500. For orders below Rs. 500, a nominal shipping fee will be applied based on your delivery location.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our logistics partner for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

4. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Generally, we expect the following delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days for delivery within India.
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days for delivery within India (subject to availability).

5. International Shipping

Currently, we offer shipping within India only. We are working on expanding our services to international customers in the future, and will notify you once we are able to ship to other countries.

7. Address Accuracy

It is essential that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete. 8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to certain remote areas, P.O. boxes, or military addresses. If your shipping address falls under such restrictions, we will contact you and provide alternative solutions, including a full refund or other shipping arrangements, if possible.
